Vendors routinely miss an opportunity not only to say something different, but to do something different.

Do the right thing

Efficiency: “Doing things right.”

Effectiveness and efficiency are fundamentally different. Understanding and applying their relatedness lets small business control innovation, marketing and communications. And there’s always more you can do to rock your market niche…

Know your limits

The idea that mere access to raw information de facto leads to change is as romantic as the notion that mere access to technology can do the same. Information, just as technology, is only useful if the knowledge and skills required to activate such information are present.

Conclusion

Business is not won by one punch or kick. Either learn to endure, or hire an adviser.
