Continuous support, expert opinion. Content management strategy, photography, maintenance, security updates.
Service agreement, term of contract: 12 months, payment of 6 months in advance. I take full responsibility for the web presence.

Rate may vary depending on individual needs. I am happy to negotiate if cost is an issue. Payment of fee 100% in advance (no postal cheques), payment by installments by arrangement. Invoice on all payments. VAT (rates do not include the respective effectual value added tax) where applicable.
Terms of Service (Excerpt)
- When I offer services for a fair fixed price the estimate/quotation price is based on the number of days that I estimate I'll need to accomplish everything that the client has told me he wants to achieve. If he does want to change his mind, add extra work or new functionality, that won't be a problem. He will be charged the daily rate set out in the estimate (verbally) transmitted to him. I might ask him to put requests in writing so I can keep track of changes.
- The client agrees to provide me with everything that I need to complete the project including text, images and other information as and when I need it, and in the format that I ask for. He agrees to review my work, provide feedback and sign-off approval in a timely manner. Deadlines work two ways and the client will also be bound by any dates that we set together.
- Along the job I will endeavor to meet all the deadlines set but can't be responsible for a missed launch date or a deadline if the client has been late in supplying materials or has not approved or signed off my work on-time at any stage.
- Every job has a start date, explicitly defined duties and an end date (»Care Providing Period«). The client agrees to pay for a specific amount of consultancy time. Any work (artwork, copywriting, revisions, educational- /technical support) beyond the agreement and the period specified will be billed at the daily rate set out in my original estimate.
- Basic training with ExpressionEngine's (ee) content management system will be offered to one or more expressly named persons in the clients organisation during the »Care Providing Period«. Further support will be provided under the conditions of an existing »Internet management service agreement«.
- Be realistic! You will need to read the ee manual and may ask technical questions regarding the use of the software in the ee support forums. Members of the "Expression Engine Professional Network" offer paid help with development and maintenance of ee-driven websites.
- I will maintain the confidentiality of any information that has been given to me.
- I reserve the right to display, link to and write about the job — unless otherwise agreed upon. I reserve the unrestricted right to use and publish photographs produced by me for any purpose, in any manner and any medium (For instance, I use them to promote my own work and my company).
